Which plan should I choose?

If it’s your first time hiring a VA or you’re not sure which plan to choose, we would recommend going for the Introductory Package of 20 hours per month to see if we’ll work well togther in the long term. You can then look into upgrading to a much higher plan as you see fit.

Whichever package you select, you are entitled to a 5-hour FULLY-REFUNDABLE trial run. This is a reasonable amount of time to determine whether your VA will be a good fit for you and your business in the long run.

What kind of tasks can I assign to my General VA?

Administrative tasks cover a very broad range. You can offload tasks that belongs to one or more of the following categories:
1. Time-consuming tasks that add up over time like managing emails, doing research, calendar management, booking flights, or scheduling meetings.
2. Mindless tasks that require very little skill like copy-pasting, data entry, or creating documents and spreadsheets.
3. Routine tasks that are teachable and does not require any specific expertise.

What is my VA's professional background?

All our Our General Virtual Assistants have prior virtual assistant working experience and are college graduates.

It is important to note that the General VA assigned to you may not necessarily be able to carry out specialized skills such as web design, graphic design, video editing, content writing, SEO, etc.

Do you keep track of the hours?

Yes, and reports are sent to you weekly.

Are there any setup costs?

No, we don’t charge a setup fee. The deployed VA is already fully-equipped.

Can I switch to another plan?

You can either upgrade or downgrade to another plan with a 30-day notice period.

What if I don't use up my hours?

Unfortunately, we are not able to roll over the hours to the next month so it is important that you utilize it. 

Is it possible for my VA to work during my preferred hours/time zone?

Yes. We will find a VA who is willing to work around your preferred work timings.

What if the VA is not a good fit?

Though this happens rarely, kindly reach out to us in case you are not satisfied with the performance of your VA and we would be more than happy to present a replacement.
