What are the costs to your services?
Our VAs are paid on a specialist rate basis which means the rates may differ on the individual employees who will be working on the project. The rate we are giving you are based on a few factors such as the skill set you require for your VA and the experience, capabilities and seniority of the chosen staff. This means the higher the skillset, the higher the rate which makes sense because specific skillsets require expertise and they take time to master.
How do I keep track of the hours accrued?
We use a time tracker to monitor the rendered hours and timesheet reports are sent to you weekly.
Can I cancel your services anytime?
Yes. You may terminate the contract upon 15 days, without liability at any time, upon prior written notice to the VA.
Are there any set up costs?
No, we don’t charge a setup fee. The deployed VA is already fully-equipped.
Can I interview my prospective assistant first?
Yes. Conducting an interview is standard protocol to ensure the VA is the right fit earlier on in the process.
Is it possible for my VA to work during my preferred hours/time zone?
Yes. We will find a VA who is willing to work around your preferred work timings.
How long does your recruitment process take?
It normally takes 1-2 weeks to narrow down shortlisted candidates for you. This typically depends on the skills and capabilities you require for your VA and our current pool of candidates. We will keep you updated as we go through the recruitment process.
Will you hire a new VA or do you have a team of staff already in place?
The assignment of VAs depends on a few things: your requirements, the availability and the capability of the VA. If you need someone to do ad hoc tasks or need someone by request or on demand only, we have skilled VAs available already in our team at one’s disposal. However, if you would like to hire someone full-time and who you would want to keep permanently and for long-term, we would recommend that we deploy a dedicated VA for your business. This way you can build a consistent and healthy working relationship with your VA.
